Comet C/2022 U3 (Bok) (astro.vanbuitenen.nl)

Discovery:  [CBET 5188:  COMET C/2022 U3 ]

     C. Lejoly and H. Groeller report the discovery of a comet in four 30-second survey images taken on Oct. 31 UT by Bok NEO Survey (V00), noting a condensed 6" coma and a curved 6" tail at position angle 245-277 deg. Prediscovery positions were reported back to June 2021. Additional reports of cometary features are as follows:
