4-beta Piscium - HD 217891- magn: 4.48

Beta Piscium (β Piscium, abbreviated Beta Psc, β Psc), also named Fumalsamakah, is a blue-white hued star in the zodiac constellation of Pisces. Its apparent magnitude is 4.40,  it means that this star can be faintly seen with the naked eye.

Beta Piscium is a Be star, a special class of B-type stars with emission lines in their spectra. With a spectral type of B6Ve its mass is estimated to be about 4.7 Mo, and its radius is about 3.6 R0.[3] It is suspected to be a variable star. Beta Piscium is radiating 524 times the Sun's luminosity from its photosphere at an effective temperature of 15,500 K. The star has a high rate of spin, showing a projected rotational velocity of around 90 km/s.
