This screen shows after the user has left-clicked with the mouse at a possible location for an alignmentpoint. The position of the point and the size of the alignmentbox are added to the alignmentpointlist.

The user now has added 3 points on the alignmentpointlist and has “set” alignmentzones to inspect to which alignmentpoint the pixels are associated.

After assigning all alignmentpoints processing is as you are used to, just press “Align” on the main toolbar and the multi-point alignment starts to work.
